2023 will be my 20th year of professional sportscar racing, which began with the 2003 Rolex 24 at Daytona - my very first sportscar race! And that came after 10+ years of karting & open wheel racing. Quite an anniversary, and I can’t believe it’s all gone by so quickly.
Ushering in the new GTP era of sportscar racing reminds me of that first Rolex 24 in 2003, where we ushered in the Daytona Prototype era - which lasted a very long time! I was honored to be in that race and thankful I also got to compete in DP for many years after, driving nearly all the chassis & engine combos that were created, and driving for many teams.
As for 2023, however, I don’t have any plans confirmed to race this season - and that needs to change! The bright side is, I’m available for any opportunities that may arise. So if anyone needs an ultra-experienced, Silver-ranked, dashingly-handsome driver that has raced in every single category that’s out there - I’ll see if I can find you one! But seriously - I’m available and ready to go…
