Next week I will be making my series debut in the Lamborghini Super Trofeo with Flying Lizard Motorsports, joining my great friend and client whom I’ve been coaching this season, Tom Tait Jr.
Tom will be moving from the AM class, where he drove by himself this year, to the PRO-AM class, where we will co-drive together. This should provide epic levels of entertainment for all and an opportunity to test the waters as co-drivers together.
We will compete in Round 6 of the North American championship (2 races) which will be held during the week of the Lamborghini Super Trofeo World Finals in Vallelunga, Italy, next week.
When the time comes for the World Finals races on Saturday and Sunday, however, Lamborghini will require Tom to race by himself back in the AM class, as I was not a full-season competitor and therefore not eligible for the World Finals.
It will be an exciting week in Italy and cap off what’s already been a great season together.
